Our web solutions and IT helpdesk software integrates with a bespoke asset and project management solution, built on an ITIL framework to deliver an ITIL-ready helpdesk.
This in-house capability supports our maintenance, monitoring and installation activities and differentiates us from other providers. It allows us to provide highly stable and available security systems for customers under any circumstances, whether we are managing systems on site, hosting or providing added disaster recovery resilience.
Reliance can also host services from our fully-owned BS5979 CAT II facility or our Tier 3 datacentre. In addition, we can utilise both sites for work area recovery and Disaster Recovery (DRaaS) solutions where we exceed the Tier 3 requirement. This enables us to deliver an expected availability level of 99.9% as well as full accessibility and support services for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) cloud solutions.
